Internals for reactors
with axial feed load

All internals are manufactured of stainless steel. Most commonly it is 12Х18Н10Т, 08Х18Н10Т,  AISI 321.

Generally equipment is supplied in sets. Set's specification is in accordance with Client's requirements.

Furthermore the set is complemented with details for assembling and fastening during erection inside a reactor including gaskets for joints sealing during erection also.

All manufactured internals parts undergo detailed tests for compatibility on a mock-up reactor at REEFING's site. Acceptance is conducted by Client's representatives in REEFING's grounds.

Internals set prepared for assembling can be installed into a reactor within two-three days.

Trays, grid, ring, basket are produced in several parts. Their assembling is conducted during erection inside a reactor. Dimensions of tray panels and grid, ring sectors, support beams and basket elements are defined by reactor's upper section orifice size.

Trays and grid are manufactured in such a way that there is a manhole in central part. The manhole lets provide access to reactor's bottom if required without dissembling of the whole tray by removing just central panels.

Panels jointing to beams, support rings and other panels is effected by special fastening details without  use of thread connection. The construction of fastening elements makes internals assembling and dissembling easier. Meeting points between support surfaces of panels, beams and support rings are sealed with hard gaskets, in gaps between cylindrical surfaces round rope packing is placed. Gasket material is glass fibre with bonding agent and rope packing material is ceramic fibre.
