Fluid and Gas Filters 

Declaration TC RU Д-RU.АТ15.В.00020 on compliance with technical regulations of Customs Union for product - Slotted Liquid and Gas Screen – is registered by Rosakkreditazia. The product - Slotted Liquid and Gas Screen is marked with Customs Union conformity mark.

Filters supplied by REEFING are designated for filtration of different fluid mediums (hydrotreated feed, MEA solution, MDEA solution, fuel oil) and gas mediums (gas products mixture, gas fuel) at refineries.

Filter surfaces are formed by slotted screens. Slotted screen construction allows to meet the most strict operational requirements to filter elements, such as:

• minimal hydraulic resistance;
• decrease of filter element clogging influence on flow evenness as mechanical particles and filter element details contact only in 2 points of Δ-shaped wire sharp edges;
• low manpower efforts needed to renew filter element capacity for work (cleaning, washing);
• longer period of filter element effective work till next cleaning;
• in-service reliability of filter element;
• filter element service life is up to 10 years and longer.

REEFING manufactures filter elements with slot size of 30 micrometers and more.

Our company specialists have worked out various designs and calculation methods (strength, gasdynamic) for filters (safety elements) for heatexchangers. By using slotted screens (the manufactured by Johnson Screens) we produce conical and cylindrical filterelements that are in operation in gas feed lines and feed lines of Pakinox heatexchanger vessels. Use of the filters allows to prevent debris in heatexchanger bandles and thus to increase operational life dramatically.
